Our Contract Door Security Bolt, also known as a Rack Bolt, is designed to be morticed inside the door edge. It can be easily locked or unlocked using either a separate splined key or a fixed splined turn. The bolt features an internal sawtooth rack mechanism where the splined key is inserted. The spline engages with the rack teeth, creating a smooth gearing action that operates the bolt seamlessly.
