Why use Lead Weights for your Sash Windows?
Our lead sash weights are used to counter-balance sash windows; fitting 95% of all sash windows that are fitted within the UK. Lead sash weights can be used when the sash weight box size is limited, as they can be cut to length. Mighton developed the format that lead weights are manufactured to today. Namely,in 600mm lengths and six section sizes.
