Description
Assisted Lift V2 & V3 balance tensioning tool. This tool is used to apply tension by adding turns. Adding turns ‘fine tunes’ V2 & V3 sash balances by increasing the lifting capability of the balance.
- Screw the threaded end upward into the balance until it will not rotate further
- Pull downward to disengage the clutch inside the balance
- Rotate the handle to tension the balance following the turns chart provided (document below) with your balance
- Both balances must be tensioned the same amount and by adding the turns alternately – one at a time
- We recommend you test your sash after apply a turn to each side – the sash should stay wherever you put it
