Brighton fasteners are a well recognised feature of a sash window.  We also sell Mini versions which generally have a slimmer keep and are used where space on the meeting rail is narrow. Brighton Fasteners operate by unscrewing the nut on the end of the arm. This allows the sprung fastening bar to swing upwards exiting the keep. Operating Instructions downloadable below.
