The Meeting Rail Interlock takes a job joiners have traditionally done by hand — chamfering the meeting rails so the sashes interlock as they close — and replaces it with a ready-made UV Stable PVCu. As the sashes close, the interlocking profile pulls the meeting rails together, compressing the built-in brushpile for a tighter seal against draughts. Suitable for both new-build joinery and refurbishment work, it’s a straightforward way to build interlocking, draught-resistant meeting rails without cutting the chamfer by hand.

- supplied with 5.5mm brushpile built in as standard, for additional weatherproofing straight out of the box
- Supplied in a 2.2mtr length – simply cut to length
- Unclip the flexible hinge, peel back the tape and affix
- Screw-fit along the guide-line every 200mm and firmly snap the hinge shut
- Fit the brush for superior draughtproofing
- Suitable for new work or refurbishment
