The first time you place an order with us with a registered website account, you will earn Loyalty points*. You cannot earn loyalty points if you choose to checkout as a guest. The points you earn will be added to your account and visible in your account area. Your Loyalty points will be available to use at the checkout the next time you place an order with us. Alternatively, you can save up your points and use them in one go on a future order. Either way, you win!
Orders placed on our website earn 1 Loyalty Point for every £1 spent (worth 1p per £1), based on the value of goods (ex VAT) only. Delivery charges do not earn points.
Place your order through the Mighton app and you’ll earn double Loyalty Points – 2 points per £1 spent (worth 2p per £1), instead of the standard rate on the website. As with standard points, this applies to the value of goods (ex VAT) only – delivery charges do not earn points. This offer is available exclusively to customers registered with us as a business entity.
To claim your points, simply log into your account and add items to your basket. When you arrive at the checkout, your Loyalty points are displayed below the items in your basket. You can choose to leave them for the future, redeem all points in one go against your current order or choose how many to redeem. The balance will be available for future orders and shown in your account area.
