Heavy duty UniStop is a simple way of securing your sash or limiting it for ventilation. This is a key operated product and we do not recommend it be fitted to egress windows. The product is suitablefor use on Timber and PVCU Sash Windows. A Riv-Nut gun (not supplied) is required to fit this product to a PVC window.

• Heavy duty Vent restrictor for large sashes (Over 27kg) but can be used on smaller sashes where a more substantial restrictor is required
• No routing out is required for installation, just a pistol drill & bit and for PVC windows a Riv-Nut gun
• We recommend fitting two per sash window. One either side
• We provide two threaded inserts for timber (gicing 2 restriction positions) but only one for PVC windows
• Includes matching strike plate, key and all fittings
