Description
Mighton Sash Access System™ consists of three products:

  • Two-piece Parting Bead
  • Boston Hinge™
  • CordClam™
Sash Access System














Operation
  1. Unlock Boston Hinges™ and swing Staff Bead to one side
  2. Release CordClam™ from fixed housingon both sides of bottom sash and raise to pulley position
  3. Release top section of the two-part parting bead on both sides of window frame to reveal the top sash
  4. Release CordClam™ from fi xed housing on both sides of top sash and raise to pulley position
  5. Window frame and sashes are now accessible for maintenance

Temporary working at heights directive
  • The whole window can be maintained from inside the building
  • Eliminates the need for scaffolding when painting & renovating
