The built-in stainless steel Safety Arms hold the sashes at any height at the required angle, and cannot be seen when the window is shut. Suitable for any size sash up to 83 lbs in weight.

Also shown (below) is the Double Weathstripping which incorporates a low-friction single fin, allowing up to 50% easier sash movement while providing maximum resistance to air and water penetration. The channels are made of PVCu material for high performance and strength.
